Summer Fitness

Hello, everyone! Today we are talking about what my workout routine is and what I usually wear. I try and go to the gym at least five or six times a week. I have been using the Bikini Body Guide for a year now and it's amazing! It's a training guide geared toward women with high-intensity training. Every session should take about 28 minutes! After you've finished both circuits twice you will be on the floor drenched with sweat because of how hard it is. 

My workout week looks something like this: 

Monday, Wednesday, & Friday: 15 min warm-up, BBG (30 min), 20 min of LISS (low intensity steady state cardio). At night, I try to do 30 min of yoga

Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday: Cardio!! I use the treadmill, elliptical, and the bike for 50 min. After I do 15 min of abs and light weight exercises. You can use any machines or your own body weight. Then it's time to stretch!

Sunday: I go on a walk with Josh, yoga, or relax. xoxo
