Power Bowl Salad

Welcome back, everyone! I have been on a salad creating kick the past week. This is just one of many I've made and probably the most filling one so far. My whole family knows how much I love sweet potatoes and whenever we have dinner someone in the fam makes them for me. So in honor of those yummy carbs I created this power bowl. It has quinoa which is a great source of protein that will give you the energy you need for the day and, of course, sweet potatoes. I baked them without any oils and sprinkled some cinnamon to give it a little more sweetness. Then all you need to do is put them on a bed of leafy greens with other raw vegetables. xoxo
